Last updated July 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service apply to visitors, prospects, and clients who use the WayneFlow website, book calls, contact our team, or engage WayneFlow LLC for services. By using our website or communicating with our team, you agree to use WayneFlow’s website and services in a lawful, professional, and responsible way.

2. About WayneFlow

WayneFlow LLC is a B2B appointment generation agency. WayneFlow builds and manages cold email appointment systems for B2B service businesses in the United States.

Services may include strategy, domains, inbox setup, deliverability, lead research, verification, copywriting, follow-ups, reply handling, booking support, reporting, and campaign management.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the WayneFlow website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, copy, attack, scrape, spam, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the website, its content, its systems, or any connected services.

4. Services and Scope

The exact project scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, responsibilities, and service terms are agreed separately through a proposal, invoice, agreement, email, or other written communication between WayneFlow and the client.

Website content is provided for general information and does not automatically create a client relationship, service commitment, or fixed project scope.

5. No Guaranteed Results

WayneFlow may share campaign snapshots, case studies, appointments, ROI, deliverability, or performance examples. These examples are for informational purposes only. Results vary by offer, market, audience, sales process, data quality, client execution, and other factors outside WayneFlow’s full control.

WayneFlow does not guarantee a specific number of appointments, revenue, ROI, replies, deliverability, inbox placement, or closed deals unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients may be responsible for providing accurate business information, approving offers, copy, and targeting, attending booked calls, following up with prospects, providing access to needed tools, maintaining truthful claims, and complying with applicable laws and platform policies.

Client execution, response speed, sales process, offer quality, and follow-up can directly affect campaign outcomes.

7. Payments

Payment terms are agreed separately before or during a paid engagement. Fees, retainers, setup costs, software costs, domain and inbox costs, data costs, or project costs may apply depending on the service selected and the agreed scope.

WayneFlow is a service agency. Payment terms, billing timing, cancellation terms, and related details are handled through the written agreement, invoice, proposal, or other written communication between WayneFlow and the client.

8. Communication

Clients and prospects may communicate with WayneFlow through email, Calendly, calls, LinkedIn, or other agreed channels. You agree that information you provide through these channels may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, schedule calls, deliver services, or manage the business relationship.

9. Third-Party Tools

WayneFlow may use third-party tools such as Calendly, email platforms, CRM tools, data tools, analytics tools, domain and inbox providers, hosting tools, and communication tools. WayneFlow is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or actions by third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

WayneFlow website content, brand assets, designs, copy, frameworks, systems, methods, documents, templates, and materials belong to WayneFlow unless otherwise stated or separately agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, sell, or distribute WayneFlow materials without written permission.

11. Confidentiality

WayneFlow aims to treat client business information responsibly and professionally. More specific confidentiality terms, access rules, and data handling terms may be covered in a separate agreement between WayneFlow and the client.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WayneFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, platform changes, deliverability changes, account restrictions, third-party issues, or business outcomes outside WayneFlow’s direct control.

13. Termination

Either party may stop discussions at any time before a paid agreement is accepted. For paid services, termination terms are based on the written agreement, proposal, invoice, payment terms, or other written communication agreed between WayneFlow and the client.

14. Changes to These Terms

WayneFlow may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When updates are made, the “Last updated” date on this page may change. Continued use of the website after updates means the revised terms apply.
